And so yet again Facebook is in the news, or rather a Facebook user is in the news. This week a female juror here in the UK was dismissed after it was found that she had posted details of the ongoing trial on Facebook and asked her friends whether they thought the accused was guilty or not!!
What astounds me is people don't realise that the information they post on a social networking site, or anywhere on the Internet for that matter, is publicly accessible!!
A few weeks back it was the Facebook 13, the 13 Virgin Atlantic staff that were fired because they made comments about their employer and customers on Facebook.
Makes me wonder if Internet users need some education on using the web?
