Today’s technology moves so fast that only the biggest technophiles probably feel as though they can tackle any new features presented to them; Most consumers however feel they are playing catch up most of the time and feel the strain of picking up a new piece of technology and instantly being able to use it effectively. And that’s where Amazon wins.
